Paid $1500 for a year of GLP1 and now my account is gone

I signed up with Trintymeds for a years worth of GLP1 and paid the full $1500 through Affirm. I got the first 3 months delivered and that was it. Now my account can't be located at all.

I've emailed them so many times and they just keep sending me phone numbers for other GLP1 companies. Nobody will actually help me or tell me what happened to my account.

I have all the documentation too. I even have the doctors name that prescribed it. This is just not right.
