Won a Bahamas vacation raffle and then got charged extra fees

They got me with a raffle to win a free vacation to the Bahamas. I filled out a slip with my info and about a month later they called saying I won. After I gave them my credit card they started charging me for all these things that were never mentioned upfront. Hotel fees, daily taxes, reservation fees, guest fees, stuff like that. I called to cancel and they wouldn't give me a refund. Had to go through my card provider to get it sorted out.
