Bought a tractor online and never got it

I found a website for Troesser Farm and Auto Linn and called the number listed because I wanted to buy a tractor. We agreed on a price and they emailed a purchase agreement to my bank. I signed it and sent it back, then they sent the wire transfer info to my bank and the transfer went through.

That was $10,200. After that I never got the tractor. I tried calling them and I'm basically blocked from calling now. No response to my calls at all.

The website is troesserfarmandautolinm.com and the phone number is (573) 227-3186. Their address shows 2850 State Rt. West, Linn, MO 65051. I just want my money back or the tractor I paid for.
