Email from Lawrence Williams at TrueCompass about selling Mobile Music
He asked if I handle conversations about selling Mobile Music or if it should be someone else. He wanted to know who he should be speaking with. I don't know what Mobile Music is or why he's emailing me about it.
The address on the email says 38th St, New York, NY. I never signed up for anything with this company and I don't know how they got my name. It just seems like a phishing email.
Email asking about future of my business with no real details
The whole thing just feels off. No real information, no phone number, nothing. Just this vague email with a smiley face at the end like we're old friends. His email is [email protected] and he says he's the Chairman.
I don't know what he actually wants. It's just phishing, plain and simple. I didn't lose any money but I'm tired of getting these messages. The address he lists is 38th St in New York but I have no way to verify anything about this person or company.
