They ran my card three times and won't refund me

I signed up on their website trytruevia.com and they have charged my card 3 times now. I never agreed to all these charges. I've tried to cancel my account and get a refund but they won't do it. They just keep running my card.

I can't even remove my card from their site. I've emailed them at [email protected] and they always say they will get back to me but they never do. I have a long list of emails I've sent them. I just want my money back. It's 140 dollars they took from me.
