Ordered oil and wrap but got stuck in a subscription
They also say they have a 90 day money back guarantee but that link doesn't work either. There is no info on the site about returns at all. I have emailed them asking to cancel and asking about the money back return. They just keep avoiding it and send me the same cancellation link over and over again. They never mention the guarantee.
When I hit the cancellation link it just pulls up a menu trying to get me to pause or extend shipments. There is no way to confirm the cancellation. My account still shows an active subscription. I guess they plan to bill me forever.
