Free trial I never asked for then monthly charges

I went to trymeadowhealth.com and somehow ended up with a free trial offer I didn’t request. Then they started charging me $39.99 a month for a VIP membership I never signed up for.

I tried emailing [email protected] about it but nothing got resolved. Total I lost is $223.79 from these charges adding up.

I just want this to stop and get my money back.
