Extra charge added at checkout for foot massager

I bought a foot massage thing from tryemsense.com. It was supposed to be $75 but at checkout they snuck in an extra $99. I didn't notice until I did the final checkout and saw $178 on my credit card.

There's no way to cancel the order except to leave a message. So I left one and then nothing. Just silence. The transaction went through anyway. I'm out the money and the website is in Romeoville, IL.
