Ordered from tryherplus.com, never got my package or refund
I've emailed them several times about it. They told me they sent a refund, but I never got any refund. I've also disputed this with my credit card many times since I bought it.
What's really odd is I know I had several email conversations with them, but I can only find one of them now. I always save emails when I buy something online. This whole thing feels off and I believe it's a scam.
