Pillow looks nothing like the picture and they only refunded half

I ordered from tryneedo.com because they claim to have a 30 day money back guarantee on their products. The total came to $159.32. When we got the package, we opened it up and the pillow is nothing like the picture on their website. It's an entirely different pillow. The quality is extremely poor.

We didn't even use the products. I contacted customer service right away to start a return and get a refund. They refused to give me a full refund. They just went ahead and processed a 50% refund without me agreeing to that at all. I didn't approve that.

This is a bogus company. They need to be shut down. I have a photo of the pillow I received and I'll upload it. It's just not right.
