I am writing to warn others about my experience with Tryrenuyou. I ordered a product intended to assist with respiratory issues; however, I received generic blood pressure vitamins and two unrequested bonus bottles instead. Upon contacting the company to request a return, I was required to pay $18 for return shipping and wait four weeks for the warehouse to confirm receipt. Even then, they attempted to issue a partial refund of only $150 on an original purchase price of $200. Ultimately, I had to dispute the transaction through my credit card provider to recover my funds. I strongly advise against doing business with this company, as their practices are highly unprofessional.

they sent me some melted gummies and some over priced vitamins,then when i asked for a refund they told me good luck getting my money back so i got my bank involved..A week after the vitamins were returned to them they said they got the product back but couldnt give me my money back even with them saying it was refundable,they said there is a 68.00 restocking fee and i would get 158.00 of 219.00 back.I am just gonna let my bank and mastercard handle it,but im doing this review to let everyone know its a fake product that is nothing but vitamins and some melted gummies.My bank said the po box in kentucky is associated with an address overseas and that the reports of it being a scam and fraud is real..

Ordered one thing but got something else and paid way more

I ordered from Tryrenuyou and what I got was not what I ordered. The product I received was completely different and on top of that they charged me three times the price. I ended up paying $696.98 for something that wasn't even what I wanted.

Their website is tryrenuyou and they have a phone number (833) 200-5310 and an email [email protected]. They also have a PO Box in Florence KY. I tried contacting them but no reply. It just felt off from the start.
