Tried to return a product and never heard back

I bought something from tryrenuyou.com back on June 1st and it was $199.98 charged out of my account. I tried to return the product, called to get a return number and got it, then sent it back through USPS. After that I never heard back from them at all. I don't have the record of the numbers they gave me anymore but the charge is right there on my bank statement.
