Order from trystrawberry.com never showed up
After a while I tried emailing them to get a tracking number. I never got one. Just excuses about customer service and order issues. Now it's been a month and nothing has arrived. They stopped answering my emails when I ask for tracking info.
I looked them up online and found other people who had the same problem with this company.
Lotion order turned into three bottles and refund sent to China
When it arrived I tried to return everything for a refund. They offered me a 20% discount or a refund. I said refund, and they gave me an address in China to send it back to. That would cost way more than the product is worth. I asked for a USA address and they said it has to go back to where it shipped from. It shipped from New Jersey. When I pointed that out they still said it had to go to China.
They are using a China address to force people to keep the product. I also asked to escalate my request but they won't let me talk to anyone else.
Signed up for a subscription without asking and can't get out of it
Now I cannot get out of it. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but they do not respond. I lost $37.00. There is no phone number or anything to call. I just want them to stop taking my money.
