Walking pad ordered in July never showed up
Then I noticed this extra charge on my account that I didn't recognize. I called my bank to dispute it and they gave me a number to call. Every time I call that number, it's a different voice and a different voicemail message. That's when I figured out it was the same company from the walking pad order. I paid 89.97 and got nothing for it.

Then 4 days later, another $39.99 came out of my checking account that I did not authorize. I emailed them using the address they gave and asked them to either ship my product and refund the $40, or just give me a complete refund. I have heard absolutely nothing back from them.
I already filed a dispute with my bank. After I bought it, I looked up strideco and realized a lot of other people got hit with the same thing. I just hope others don't fall for this and can get their money back.
