Ordered hair growth product and got something completely different

I ordered what I thought was supposed to be Mary roots liposal hair growth and what I got was something that was most definitely not that. Different name, different size, different ingredient, everything about it was not right as advertised.

I spent 24.68 dollars on this. The website is Trythrives.com and they are located in FL, USA. I just don't understand how they can send something so totally off from what you order. It didn't even look close to the same product.

Charged extra for shipping and got fake product

I ordered from Trythrives.com because they said they sold Mary Ruth’s products. The charge on my bank statement shows up as Kryptostone.com though, which was the first red flag. The website is impersonating Thrive Market.

When I was checking out it said shipping would be $5. After I hit submit it charged me nine dollars more each time for something, and then $15 for shipping on top of that. So the total was way more than what it showed me.

The product I got is clearly counterfeit. It's not the real Mary Ruth’s at all. I lost about $54 total to these people. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever got back to me.

Ordered Mary Ruth’s supplement but got fake China-made drops instead

I ordered from Trythrives.com thinking I was getting Mary Ruth’s hair growth supplement. What showed up was a tiny 1oz bottle that says made in China. The ingredients are just water, peppermint extract, ethanol, sorbitol and erythritol. No nutrients or the hair growth stuff at all. Complete fake.

I spent $40 on this. Now they tell me they only give 50% refund and claim they don’t have a shipping label for me to send it back for the full refund. Unbelievable. Their email is [email protected]. I’m really disappointed.
