Shirts from Pinterest store never came and they wanted more money

I ordered some shirts from Pinterest, the store is called trztrain. I didn't know they were coming from China. So it's been a month now and I kept checking the tracking. Then they finally tell me the package is lost but if I pay 15 dollars they could get it delivered from another shipping company.

I said no to that. They didn't want to give me a refund for the full 29.90, they wanted to take 15.00 out of it for themselves. I told them I would dispute the charge and report this as a scam. After I said that they finally paid me back the 29.90.

I still think it's a scam though. No package ever showed up. I just wanted to report this company. I deleted Pinterest too because they couldn't help me with this company committing fraud.

I never received my order either, but I can only contact them by email, and now they won't respond. Do you have a phone number?
