Phone call led to trash bags and a fake invoice

They called and asked our employee some questions. Nothing was ordered or agreed to. A few days later we got a box of trash bags in the mail. We're a lighting company, so that made no sense at all.

Then an invoice showed up for $141.94. We just ignored it for months because it was so obviously a scam. Now they've sent us to a collections agency called TSI. I wrote to TSI directly and told them to stop harassing us over this. These people are crooks.

If you look online, there are tons of complaints from other people dealing with the exact same thing. They try the same trick on everyone.
