Charged $40 for a rewards program I never signed up for
I've been emailing them every day for the past week. There's no customer service number to call. The email I got back says I can unsubscribe from the membership at anytime, but when I log into my account there's no membership cancellation anywhere.
I'm going to my bank today to start a fraudulent charge.
