Ordered a cup and tracking shows it went back to sender

I ordered a cup off of tumblerartek.com. They gave me a USPS tracking number. The tracking said delivery was attempted twice but that never actually happened. Then on the same day it said it was delivered to the original sender, but it was a completely different city and state from where it was sent from.

For 4 days I sent multiple emails every day about this and never got a single response. The weird thing is when you make your purchase they contact you almost instantly. But once there's a problem, nothing.

I'm out $89.51 and no one will answer me.
