Ordered from turbofloat.store and never got my item
The order showed as shipped almost right away, which is why my credit card got charged. But I never got any real tracking number, just the one in the Shop app. I got an email saying it would be delivered August 5, 2026, but that day came and went. No package, and the shipping info in the app never updated either.
Then I tried to go back to their website to find a contact number or something, and the whole site says under construction. It's been like that ever since. The only thing I could do was leave my email for "updates." I also filed a report with Shop/Shopify but they haven't given me any info either. I'm just out the money and no product.
