Won $500 on TVG and never got paid

I've been using TVG Horse racing for years without any trouble, and believe me, I've lost a lot of money with them. Then Sunday I bet on 2 pick 3s at Delmar race track during the 8th race. When the race was complete I had won the 2 pick 3s worth $500+ and I WAS NOT PAID.

Numerous attempts followed to try and contact the people at TVG and I was completely ignored. Something has to be done about these online gambling sites that not only don't pay out but also ignore you when you try to contact them. Like I told them many times through emails, etc, I AM NOT LETTING THIS GO!!! I hope you report TVG and in the meantime I am going to contact other Consumer Protection Agencies.
