Called to change my flight and got charged by a fake agent

I needed to change my flight so I called a number I found. The person on the phone acted like they worked with the airline and said they could help me. They charged my card $270.00 for the change. When I looked at my bank statement it shows TVL AMERICANAIRTICKET and the phone number 858-834-8360. I didn't get any change to my flight and now I'm out the money.
