Ordered a Sol light in February and still nothing
Now it's September and I reached out to Tyka personally on Instagram. She told me I would get a complete refund since she doesn't know what's going on with the order because of her fulfillment partner, and to be on the lookout for a refund. That never came. I'm now involving my bank to fight the charge because this is so unprofessional. I hope no one else has to deal with this, but I've read hundreds of the same situations on social media and a few have finally reached out to the Better Business Bureau.
Sol Light order never shipped and no one replies
I emailed on August 4th asking for an update and was told my item would be done and sent out by August 17. That got moved to August 31, and then to September 13. I've reached out several times since then asking about my order and get no response at all.
I've also seen their social media pages and there are hundreds of comments from people complaining about the exact same thing. I paid $289 for this.
