Bill for $98 with no way to talk to anyone
I called the number on the form which was 1 (866) 301-2738. When I called there were no options at all except for pressing 1 to ask why we got the notice. Soon as you press it, a robot just says they're going to hang up and then it does. Just like that. No person to talk to, no explanation, nothing. The address on it says 4737 Reed Road #401, Columbus, OH. Just left me with more questions than answers.
