Letter about a UCC document for $98 after getting a Snap-on account

I opened a Snap-on credit account and about 2 weeks later I get this letter in the mail. It says I need to get some document for the Texas UCC and the fee is $98.

The real UCC statements are available through the state for way less than that. The address they listed on the letter is a ship and mail store, not any government office. The phone number on it is 1(866) 301-2738 and the email is [email protected].

It just didn't sit right with me. I didn't pay anything but I wanted to put this out there.
