Ordered a vape online and never got it

I sent money to Ugovape.com for a vape and never received it. When I emailed them about it, they kept giving me the run around and then promised to send a new one out. That never showed up either.

They're based in Houston, TX. I paid $40 and got nothing for it.

Just beware of this site.
