Ordered from Uktrendzone and got something different
I didn't lose any money on this because I guess I got lucky, but the item I received was nothing like what was shown on the website. Just wanted to put this out there so other people know what they're getting into with this company.
Ocean Projector from Facebook never showed up
After a few days I checked the tracking number and got a message saying the info can't be displayed because the package was shipped with counterfeit postage. I emailed their customer service and got no response at all.
I ordered this on August 21st and still have not received my package. Total scam.
Lights from uktrendzone don't work like the ad said
What these things actually showed was extremely hard to see. I honestly can't tell if it was a butterfly, a starfish, or just a weed. It didn't rotate at all and wasn't in color like the pictures showed. It was just a tiny speck of light in one spot on the wall. This is the most ridiculous piece of crap I've ever seen.
Ocean projector turned out to be a cheap fake
What showed up in the mail was a total joke. It just projects this tiny little static circle on the ceiling and you can't even tell what it's supposed to be. Definitely not the ocean or any kind of fish. It's like a blurry blob.
There's no address or phone number anywhere on their website. They do list an email, [email protected], but it doesn't even work. I tried emailing them about a refund and it just bounced back. So there's basically no way to get a hold of anyone to return this thing.
