Ordered a projector but got a toy with slides
Waited 18 days for them to show up. When I finally got the package, it was just a basic little projector with six slides. The images are tiny, not even close to what the ad showed. Nothing like the real product. Paid 52 bucks for this.
The website is https://uktrendzone.com/products/16075740578845242619431105. I don't know what else to do about it. Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else gets fooled.
Order from uktrendzone never arrived and emails bounce back
So I tried to contact them. I emailed [email protected] and also tried through the site. Every single email comes back as undeliverable. I also tried calling the number on the site, 1(350) 233-5414, and nobody ever answers. It just rings.
So now I'm out the money and no product. They took my payment and then just disappeared. I don't know what else to do about it.
Ordered projector from Instagram and never got it
I tried emailing them at [email protected] with a question and it got returned to me twice. Like the email didn't even work. There's no phone number anywhere on their site. Now I see they are selling new products under that same website like nothing happened. Just took my money and disappeared.
YouTube ad led me to a website that took my money
I tried to find a way to contact them but there's no phone number or email on the site that I could see. Just the order form. So now I'm out the 55 bucks and I have no idea what happened to my order. It just feels like a total scam. I should've known better but the ad made it seem real.
Ad on YouTube for projectors turned out to be a scam
I replied to the email I got the confirmation from, [email protected], asking about when it would ship. The email bounced back saying that address doesn't exist. That's when I looked them up and found out this company is already flagged as a fraud.
I called my credit card company and reported it, asked for a refund. I also cancelled that card because I'm worried about my info being stolen, and I've asked for a new one.
PROJECTOR FROM UKTRENDZONE IS DEFINITELY A SCAM
When it arrived, it projects a tiny circle of light on the ceiling or wall. You can barely make it out. Maybe a butterfly, or fish, not sure, but there is NO scenes at all. I just wrote the company on the email address they have on their email "We'll do everything we can to make your time with us enjoyable. If you have any questions or feedback, contact us via [email protected]." I am curious how they will answer back. I definitely want a full refund for this cheap false projector and false advertisement
Projector from uktrendzone only shows small circle on ceiling
What I got in the mail was totally different. It just projects this tiny little circle of light on the ceiling. The image doesn't move at all and it's some kind of creature I can't even recognize. Not what they showed at all.
The website doesn't list any address or phone number. They only had two email addresses, uktrendzone.com and [email protected]. I sent a few emails asking for a refund and every single one got bounced back saying it couldn't be delivered. So I have no way to contact them about this.
I'm just stuck with this thing that doesn't work. Paid about 50 bucks for it. Feels like they just took my money and there's no way to get any help.
