Perfume deal turned into a membership charge I never agreed to

I was told I would get a bottle of designer perfume for 9.99 if I subscribed to receive discounts and coupons. Little did I know I had to also pay for a membership that was NEVER mentioned that also took an extra 24.99 from my account.

Upon emailing the support contact given, they refused me a refund and then proceeded to tell me my order for my perfume was never placed and that I had indeed just bought credits to use at an online website that doesnt even exist. TOTAL SCAM! NOW THEY HAVE ALL OF MY INFORMATION AND THATS SCARY!
