Signed up for trial and never got the $100 voucher
I cancelled both on 8/3/2026 and when I called to cancel I told them I never got the voucher. They told me to print out the voucher form, which I did, and I mailed it in. Still no voucher.
I called them 8/25 and 9/8 and they keep telling me it's in the mail and could take 5-6 weeks. But the form itself says I should get the voucher in 2-3 weeks.
