School start date came and now nobody answers

I was supposed to start school on 9.28.26. I don't know what to do, every time I call a phone number it says due to unfortunate circumstances, we can't take your call. The websites are down too.

They said they'd call me everyday and that stopped. I think they have scammed me out of my fasfa money and a student loan. I don't know what to do!!! Please help
