Letter saying I owe money from 2024

I just got a notice from Ultra New Body telling me I owe them 195.00. They said if I don't pay they are sending it to collections. They are claiming I owe this from 2024 but I have no idea what this is about.

The letter came from San Jose, CA. I never got any bill before this and now suddenly it's a debt. I don't even remember doing any business with them. Just seems strange to get this out of nowhere.

I'm not sure what to do about it. I don't want this going to collections over something I don't even know about.
