Ordered in May still waiting with no real cancel option
That same day, August 26th, I asked to just cancel the order. They didn't do it. Instead they offered me a free product. I asked again on the 29th to cancel. Again they didn't and offered a free product. I tried again on the 30th, same thing. The 31st, same thing. September 1st, I asked again and got the same response. September 2nd, I asked one more time and they still wouldn't cancel and just kept pushing the free product.
Then on September 3rd they suddenly told me my order had shipped. So now I'm stuck with something I tried to cancel for over a week. They just kept ignoring my request and now it's too late.
