Bought two Kobalt batteries and got scammed online

I bought 2 Kobalt batteries online and the total came to about $69.78. It was supposed to be a regular online purchase but it turned out to be a complete fraud. They took my money and I never got anything.

The seller is somewhere in IL, USA. What really gets me is that UMB helped this fraud happen to me. I don't understand how they let this go through. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it. Just wanted to put this out there so maybe someone else doesn't fall for it too.
