Ordered shirts in July, never got my package
On August 28, 2026, I got an e-mail saying my package was delivered. But I never got it. I asked them to send me a photo of the delivery. They wrote back saying the driver didn't take a picture. So I asked for a full refund. They said they could refund 60% of my money. I told them that's not acceptable. Then they came back with a 90% refund. I reluctantly said okay to that, but now they want me to wait another 25 days for the money. I really don't think I'll ever see my refund.
