Insurance billed for knee stuff I never got

This company billed my insurance co United Health Service for medical knee apparatus, fees, etc. by sending in a claim. I don't know who these people are or how they got my info. The number on it is (866) 273-1967 and the website says United Health Insurance Corp out of TN.

This issue is pending with United Health as of 05/12/2026. I never got any knee apparatus or anything from them.

People should check their medical claims.
