Letter on United Healthcare paper asking about medical bills

Got this letter in the mail, looked like it was from United Healthcare, came on their letterhead and everything. It said something about helping me pay medical bills and wanted me to call (800) 396-6228 or go to selfservice.katchig.com.

I didn't call them or go to the website. I just sent the whole thing over to United Healthcare directly because something felt off about it. The return address is a PO Box in Warminster, PA. I don't know who these people are but they're pretending to be UHC.
