Phone call about selling my timeshare weeks

James Miller called me and said he could sell some of my timeshare weeks. He promised to rent them for $1,800 a week. Four weeks would be $7,200. He told me it would take 60 to 90 days for the first payment.

I called and spoke to them a couple of times but nothing ever happened. I lost $1,196. I contacted my credit card company and they refused to help.
