Package with red light device and gels I never ordered

I got a package in the mail that I did not order. Inside was a small electronic red light device and some conduction gels. I have no idea what this is for or why it was sent to me.

The address on it was 2452 Gillingham Circle, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362. I don't recognize that address at all and I never ordered anything like this. There was no company name anywhere on it that made sense to me.

I didn't lose any money but I just want to know why this was sent to me. It feels strange to get something like this out of nowhere.
