Phone call about a claim for the City of Dallas

They called me and I missed it. Left a voicemail saying they were trying to reach me about a claim for the City of Dallas. They also called my sibling and told him they were going to serve papers to me at his address. I have no association with his address at all.

I called back and they asked me to verify my DOB. I did, and they put me on hold to "unlock the claim." Then they came back and said they had the wrong person and the DOB was incorrect. Said they should not have contacted me or my family.

The other number they called from, 469-982-5019, is also fake.
