Calls about picking up documents for my relative

They keep calling me from different numbers, saying they need me to pick up important documents for a relative of mine. They know my name and they also say my relative's first and last name. At first it almost seemed believable because they had that right.

But they are persistent, calling over and over, and they want me to call them back at 409-761-7631 to make arrangements. The thing is, my relative has much closer family members than me, so if this was real, why wouldn't they contact them first? It just doesn't add up. I haven't called them back and I'm not planning to.
