Phone call saying I have past due taxes

Someone called me from (540) 883-2910 saying I have past due taxes. They told me the resolutions are time-sensitive and I need to call 775-438-1723 to stop collection activity.

I don't owe any past due taxes so this doesn't make sense. They wanted me to call a different number than the one they were calling from which seems strange.

I didn't lose any money but wanted to report this.
