Two calls about someone named Alyssa Smart filing papers

I got two phone calls saying a person named Alyssa Smart had my name and age and was looking to file papers on another person with the same last name as me. I called back and asked them to remove my name since I'm not associated with whoever they're trying to serve. Then the next day I got another call with the same exact information, just a slightly different name.

Later I found out it was a scam to steal personal information. They already had my name, my age, and my phone number verified. The number was (806) 318-1915 out of Lubbock, TX.
