Call about a complaint case number I never heard of

Got a call from someone named Grace saying she was following up on a complaint they received for Christina Salmatanis. She gave me a reference case number 239 dash 00726 and said documents were being prepared to be sent out. Said I need to be available to sign for delivery and that they would try to reach me at work if I wasn't home.

She said to call 951-304-0641 to stop further action from being taken. Also said the call was being logged and recorded as proof. I have no idea what this is about. I don't know any Christina Salmatanis and I never filed any complaint. The whole thing felt off. They didn't say what company they were from or anything. Just wanted me to call that number. I didn't call back.
