Call saying I owe a debt with no company name

Got a call from someone named Maria saying she was following up on a complaint. She mentioned some reference fees number 239-03671 or 3903671, I couldn't really catch it. Said documents were being prepared and I'd need to be available to sign for delivery.

Then she said if they can't reach me at home they'll try my workplace. She told me to call 951-552-7262 to stop further action. Also said the call was being recorded as proof they tried to notify me.

The thing is, she never said what company she was from or what the debt was for. Just that I needed to call back. I haven't lost any money but this feels off. I don't know what this is about.
