Voicemail from Tony about a complaint filed in his office

Got a voicemail from a guy named Tony saying there's a complaint filed in his office against me. He left a case number but I couldn't really make out the name he said. Something about documents being prepared and sent out, and I'd need to be available to sign for the delivery.

He said if they can't reach me at home they'll try my verified place of employment. That part kind of got to me. Then he said to stop further action I need to call the filing firm right away at (626) 205-9765.

I don't know who these people are. He never said what company he's with or what the complaint is even about. Just left a number and hung up.
