Phone call about a complaint with a case number

I got a voicemail from this number (859) 210-8002 and it was addressed to Kenneth Osborne which is not me. They said they had a complaint in their office reference case number 1040904 and that there was a failed attempt to deliver documents about my verified residence.

Then they said if they can't reach me at home they will try my place of employment. They want me to call back at 877-814-3967 to stop further action. The message said the call was logged and recorded as proof of attempts to notify me.

I didn't call back because I don't know who these people are. No company name was given and I don't trust it. It felt like phishing.
