Call about electric overcharges from someone named Luis

A man called me and said his name was Luis or Louise. He told me there were overcharges on my electric utility account and that I needed to call him back right away to get it fixed before the next billing cycle.

He never said what company he was with and he never said my name either. That part felt off to me. If someone is calling about my account they should at least know who I am or who they work for.

I don't know how he got my number or why he was saying I was overcharged. I didn't call back. Nothing like this has happened to me before with my electric bill.
