No idea who took money out of my account
I didn't get any email or letter about this first. Just saw the charge when I was checking my bank statements. It's not a lot of money but it's the principle. I didn't sign up for this or give anyone permission to take it.
I don't even know where to start to get this fixed since there's no company name on the transaction that I can match up to anything.
