Calls from 754 numbers saying my account is escalated

I keep getting calls from different numbers with the 754 exchange, at least 2 to 4 times a day. The one that actually left something was (754) 206-5653. The message said my first and last name but used a different tone for my name than the rest of it, which was weird. It said my payment arrangement has not been fulfilled and my account has been moved into immediate escalated status.

The message went on about how the account is being prepared for the next stage for internal review, and once that starts it becomes significantly harder to resolve. It said this is not something I should ignore and I must contact them right away between 9am and 6pm eastern and ask for Jason Mitchel or any rep in their account resolution department. It also said delays on my end will only allow the escalation to continue. There was an index reference number, either lbmxet53384 or lvmxet53384, I couldn't tell which.

I don't know who these people are or what account they're even talking about. No company name was given, just a phone number and a name to ask for. I haven't lost any money but the constant calls from all these different 754 numbers are getting old.
